About the Author

At a young age, Amy felt drawn to serve in Africa. She has since lived in Costa Rica, India, and currently lives in Zambia with her husband, Marco. There, they have a community school and also travel throughout the rural areas to help those in need.

During her travels, Amy fell in love with both the people & wild animals she encountered. She also saw the trauma and adversity that many children faced across the globe. Being moved by their stories, she wanted to help them with a series of books specifically geared for those who have experienced trauma.

Amy’s heart for children and her adventurous spirit have created the unique series of Limba Children’s Books. The mission of Limba Children’s Books is to entertain but more importantly to help kids relate to their adverse situations & let them know that they are valued, loved and never alone.
